Dr. Eric I. Degis, MS, DC, the founder & chief clinician of New York Spine Health, has been providing conservative non-surgical treatment solutions for chronic Spine and Musculoskeletal related disorders since 1997.

His success in helping chronic pain sufferers is based on the approach of not just managing pain, but rather in identifying and correcting the causes of the pain itself. His patients are cared for one on one, and their treatment is individualized and adaptable to their unique needs.

Many of his patients prior to seeing him had contemplated more invasive therapies and even surgery for their chronic low back, neck, or musculoskeletal issues. The majority of them were considered failed attempts at conservative care and pain management. Most gave up all forms of exercise and activities that they once enjoyed prior to the pain. And even more gave up hope that they would ever be free of pain again.

The success of your care will be based on a systematic approach rather than relying on individualized treatments.

We call this approach the Corrective Manual Medicine approach in which causes are identified and corrected so that functional ability can be restored.
