Yoga Therapy is for everyone.  Many people have an impression that yoga is only for people who are limber, or young, or strong.  Everyone can benefit from an individual practice with an experienced yoga therapist who will work with them to teach and modify the poses to fit their needs and ability.

Research shows that stress is a major contributor to many different types of illnesses. Not only can yoga address certain types of back pain and muscle imbalances, but it can also address the stress response. In this way yoga therapy offers a well rounded approach to your healthcare. A shortened session focused on targeted yoga therapy practices: best for those who are short on time, already practicing, or have a diagnosis.

In-Person Yoga Therapy Session (45 Min)

Like the 30 minute session, this is a shortened session focused on targeted yoga therapy practices. In a slightly longer session we can include some of the more subtle and incredibly beneficial aspects of the yoga practice, like breath work and meditation.
