During the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, the Healthquarters team has instituted highly considered guidelines to ensure every guest can feel confident and comfortable coming into our space.

their booking process. - All staff members are screened and temperature
checked before every shift - We have installed hospital-grade Merv 14 air filters
throughout our ventilation system. - Any surfaces that are touched in our office are
disinfected with medical grade disinfectant multiple times per hour.
Excelsior Pass tests
Many of us are eager to get back to the activities we love. The Mount Sinai Health System is an official partner of the New York State Excelsior Pass program — a new effort to fast-track the opening of theaters, stadiums, and other businesses, and HealthQuarters is one of four Mount Sinai locations in Manhattan administering these tests.

- The Test: The Mount Sinai Covid-19 PCR Saliva Test utilizes state of-the-art technology and enables you to meet the New York State guidelines, which require a PCR test within 72 hours to attend large-scale entertainment and sporting events or proof of vaccination.
- Results: Results of the test are guaranteed within 48 hours.
- Other Test Uses: The Mount Sinai Covid-19 Saliva Test can also be used for business or leisure travel purposes, or return to work authorization.
- Testing Cost: The cost for the test is $139.50 and is not covered by insurance. Credit cards are accepted at the time of your test. Simply book an appointment at HealthQuarters via the button below.
If you believe you may have or been exposed to COVID-19, please do not book an Excelsior test at this time.
